Important Guidelines for Our Valued Customers

Please carefully review the following important guidelines to ensure a seamless experience with our products:

  1. Avoid automatic updates: Do not update your theme or plugin automatically from the dashboard if an update is available. As you are using GPL, the updates displayed are from the main author. Update only when a new version is available on our website. Download the update and upload it to replace the current version, preserving your existing settings and customizations.
  2. Install child themes: If a child theme is included with the main theme, install the main theme first, followed by the child theme, and then activate the child theme.
  3. Manual plugin installation: If you are unable to install plugins from the dashboard after installing a theme, you will need to install the plugins manually. Locate the required plugins within the extracted/unzipped download folder.
  4. Activation keys: All themes and plugins are pre-activated by our developers, so no further action is necessary regarding activation notifications. Simply disregard them.
  5. Reinstalling after automatic updates: Do not update your theme or plugin automatically. If you have done so, delete the theme or plugin and reinstall it from our source. Failure to do so may result in malfunctions.
  6. Troubleshooting plugin conflicts: If you experience issues, try deactivating or deleting other plugins.
  7. Manual plugin installation from theme’s zip file: If a plugins folder is present after extracting/unzipping the theme’s zip file, we recommend manually installing the plugins instead of doing so automatically after installing the theme.
  8. Resetting WordPress: If you encounter issues and believe you made an error, we suggest resetting WordPress before starting anew. Use the WP Reset plugin to easily reset your WordPress installation.
